My work sits where process, reporting, documentation, and technology meet. I reverse engineer existing reports and workflows, document requirements, coordinate UAT, and use automation where it genuinely helps reduce repetitive effort.

Balanced profile
I do not approach automation as a standalone skill. I use it as part of business analysis: understanding the process, documenting the requirement, validating the output, and helping stakeholders get reliable reports or cleaner workflows.
Migration and governance
Led a 2-member team to migrate and streamline documents from Jira to a centralized network drive within 3 months, covering identification, cleanup, segregation, mapping, and repository organization.
Audit readiness
Prepared BRD, SDD, and UAT artifacts for undocumented control reports with detailed QC, validation, and end-to-end documentation to support accuracy, compliance, and governance standards.
Analytics
Built Power BI dashboards using Jira and SQL data to track ticket volume, SLA performance, aging, throughput, and operational KPIs for management reporting.
Workflow automation
Created Python utilities with pywin32 to generate formatted emails, attach reports, manage recipients, distribute files, and trigger workflow notifications.
BI enablement
Built and maintained reporting assets with KPI tracking, DAX measures, drill-down analytics, and data modeling for operational visibility.
